These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of carnalli.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Sabab Services, trading as Carnalli, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 87776790, VAT number NL0045372234B27, registered address De Linge 33, 3448 CT Woerden, the Netherlands ("Carnalli", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use this Site and place orders.

Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of order.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, as further described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the "Carnalli" name and branding, is the property of Sabab Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the proper working of the Site, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carnalli / Sabab Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Dutch or EU consumer protection law. Our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (including payment providers and hosting via Shopify). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are resident. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
